If you are looking to return or exchange your order, We be happy to help you.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

The following conditions apply to all Return.

​

  1. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  3. Buyer is responsible and must pay for freight/shipping charges back to Company.

  4. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  5. No warranty or refund on any electric seats damage by incorrect installation.

  6. Damaged Shipments: In the event your product is damaged in transit please contact us at immediately.  All damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. If a shipment arrives at your doorstep and is clearly damaged make sure to take pictures as these will help expedite the return process. All warranty claims and damaged items claims need to be handled through Vivi's. Please do not attempt to install the part as this will void any replacement options or claims.
